A Kathak Teacher with a passion for Hindustani classical Music and Dance of all genres, Kanchan is a multi-talented personality who dabbles in Sangeet, Art, Yog, Interior-designing and Cooking where she has won many prizes.

Kanchan has learnt Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi and Kathak since she was a child. However, Kathak became her Forte since she began educating herself seriously and training under her esteemed Guru Atit Kumar Pandey. She further hones her skills by attending workshops with Pt. Birju Maharaj and Vidushi Guru Sashwati Sen.

A postgraduate in Advertising and Marketing Management , Kanchan has had a successful stint in Clarion advertising Services and also headed Pro-Active, her Electronic Company besides owning and running three branches of Dosa-Plaza restaurant.

She is also learning Hindustani Classical music under the able guidance of Guru Amit Kumar Pandey. Kanchan has performed in Emirates Theatre and Burjuman Fitness first Anniversary Special Event, winning a large accolades and appreciation. She has been religiously teaching in Aadi Shakti Music and Dance Centre, Dubai and inspiring and moulding fresh new talent into beautiful Kathak dancers.
