KATHAK TRAINING

11 Years Course
Duration: 1 Hour, Twice a Week.

Kathak is one of the eight major forms of Indian classical dance. The origin of Kathak is traditionally attributed to the traveling bards of ancient northern India, known as Kathakars or storytellers.

Aadi Shakti Sangeet Kala Kendra, is reaching out to all who wish to follow their dream of being a classical Kathak dancer. Through our courses we attempt to develop your foundation in basics, guiding you all the way to become an accomplished kathakaar. These courses are intended to help you learn the intricacies of the art form and transform a novice dance enthusiast to a Kathak exponent, if one is willing to put in that effort.

If you are a learner who has been waiting to dance, this is the place for you to pursue your passion.
