Rupa Banerjee is a postgraduate in English literature, B.ed with subjects English and Hindi. Her professional qualifications includes Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, Professional Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management and Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering.

Her affection for children inspired her to choose teaching as her profession. After being part of various reputed schools in Delhi and Navi Mumbai for over 15 years as teacher and centre head, she is now the Principal of “Aadi Shakti Sangeet Kala Kendra, Belapur”. She is perusing Hindustani classical vocal music under the guidance of guru Atit kumar Pandey Ji.
